The fenced off-leash dog area is located at the north end of the park. Dogs love running around, playing, and swimming at this park! Mercer Island law states that dogs may be off-leash within the fenced area as long as they are under control using voice or signal commands.

This is a great off-leash dog park! It’s convenient for dog owners in Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond. Dogs really love this place because there are bushes and trees to explore, a slow moving river to swim, lots of room to run around, and many new dogs to meet. There are many medium and large dogs running around; so some smaller dogs may be intimidated. Since this park is NOT fenced-in, you might want to be sure you dog comes back to you when called.

This is a smaller, fenced in off-leash park. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis; so it can fill up quickly on nice days. The ground can get pretty muddy on rainy days.
